Terminal emulation modes
Depending on the license you purchase, WebTerm runs emulation sessions in Web browsers for these terminal types:
- Digital VT420 (supports ANSI 420 and SCO UNIX emulation extensions)
- IBM TN3270
- IBM TN5250
Operating environments
WebTerm works in Windows® and Mac® OS Web browsers that support Netscape™ plug-ins and Internet Explorer™ Active X controls.

- Windows: Windows 95/98, NT 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows XP
- Macintosh: Mac OS 8.1 (and later)
Hardware
- Windows: 486 processor or better
- Macintosh: PowerPC or better
Disk Space Required
- WebTerm Administrator, approximately 5MB
- WebTerm Client, approximately 2MB
Memory Requirement
- 16MB minimum (more recommended)
Web Browsers Support
- Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.0 (and later)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (and later)
