Why do I get the alert "Your WebTerm X serial number is already in use"?

The alert "Your WebTerm X serial number is already in use on the network by <usrid.domain> at <ip address>" indicates that you are using a single user license of WebTerm X that is also running on another system on your network.
It is a breach of the WebTerm X licensing agreement to use a single user license on multiple systems.
Contact the local administrator of your WebTerm X license for assistance in either providing you with a unique license or removing the duplicate installation. If a different serial number in the WebTerm X Administrator than in the WebTerm X Plug-in will override the serial number entered into the WebTerm X Plug-in.
If receiving this error and you do not believe that you have installed a single user license of WebTerm X do a search on your system for WebTerm X serial number files (wtadmin.tol, wtadmin.txt, wtx.tol, and wtx.txt). Delete them and then the next time you start WebTerm X you will be prompted to enter your serial number.
