How do I start a DECwindows Session Manager from WebTerm X?
1. Create a file called TCPSESSION.COM in the SYS$MANAGER directory on the VMS host. This file has two lines:
$ set display/create/node='P1'/transport=tcpip
$ mcr decw$session
2. In the WebTerm X Administrator, when you are asked to enter the command of the X client application (either in the Wizard or on the Connection tab), enter:
@TCPSESSION $$IP$$
3. Test the connection and deploy it to your web server for use by your end users.
Please note: Do not use an embedded window. Only choose Detached Window in the web page configuration tab.
