Why does OLWM run improperly on some PCs?
A limitation of using OLWM is that it only supports 256 colors. If you wish to use OLWM window manager, the PC with WebTerm X Power Plug-in must be running in 256 color mode. Any other mode will cause this window manager to display incorrectly.
To change the display:
- Click Start on the PC.
- Click Settings and then Control Panel.
- Next click Display and choose the Settings tab.
- In the Color box click on the pop-up bar. Choose 256 colors.
- Next click the Apply button.
