What are the ThinTerm Client features?

WebTerm's ThinTerm Client provides the features described in the table below.

Open
|
Open a .WTS or .THN file in the ThinTerm window
|

Print
|
Contains the following sub-items: Terminal, Selection, Setup, and Quit Printing. Each of these map to public access method supported by WebTerm

Exit
|
If there is a connected session for this window, ThinTerm presents a dialog asking the us to confirm the connection close. If the user selects yes, the session and window are closed.

Edit
|
Copy
|
Copies the selected text to the Windows clipboard. This item is enabled whenever there is selection in the terminal window.
|
|
|
Paste
|
Pastes the clipboard text to the terminal as keyboard input. This item is enabled whenever there it text in the Windows clipboard.
|
|
Session
|
Connect
|
Send the Open Connection command to WebTerm for the session associated with the active ThinTerm window. This item is enabled only when the current session is not connected.
|

|
Connect to
|
Queries the user for the host address. IF there is one specified in the configuration file, it will display as the default in the user prompt. Configures the new host address and connects to it. Does not close open connection unless the user consents.

Disconnect
|
Disconnects a session that is connected, after verifying close with the user. This item is enabled only while a connection is in place.

Help
|
About
|
Brings up dialog with product name, version, copyright, logo, and White Pine contact information.
|
