WebTerm Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I get a "Security Warning" when auto-installing WebTerm Active X?

The following message "Security Warning" is received when installing WebTerm's Active X client is because the Certificate for the webterm.cab file that you are installing has expired.

This is not a significant problem if downloading a valid version of the WebTerm.cab file from a trusted location.  It is highly recommended that you use the WebTerm.cab file on your WebTerm Toolbox CD.  Therefore, it will correspond to the same version of the WebTerm Administrator.  Alternately, you can download the current release version of the WebTerm.cab file from: http://www.powerlan-usa.com/webterm/demo/webterm.cab.
