Technical Support is reserved for customers who have purchased any Powerlan USA software solution within ninety days or are currently own an annual a Powerlan USA Maintenance Agreement.  If you encounter problems while evaluating WebTerm for purchase please contact your sales representative.  They will provide you with assistance or reference you to our support department.
