Why does my X client not fit on the screen?
Change the settings to rooted mode. Click Settings, then Server Settings. Next click Screens. Change the size of your screen to 2048 x 2048 pixels. This will give a large virtual screen by using the scroll bars. You can also experiment using the "rubber band" dragging method of screen size setting to see if there is a setting which represents the best compromise for you. Font and icon sizes - partially a side effect of your monitor's resolution which is much lower than that of an X terminal. This would be remedied to a great extent by use of a hi-resolution monitor card combo.
