FULL YEARLY RESULTS
The Board of Directors of Powerlan Limited (“Powerlan” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the Company’s results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2000.
HIGHLIGHTS

Operating revenue for the 12 month period of $178.216 million. This compares to a prospectus forecast for the 12 months ending 30 June 2000 of $85.7 million;

Operating profit after tax for the 12 month period of $9.991 million. This compares to a prospectus forecast for the 12 months ending 30 June 2000 of $6.3million;

Strong growth in the Australian and Asian markets as the impact of Year 2000 compliance issues ease and strong growth in the demand for IT training, IT recruitment and IT services continues;

Expansion of the Company’s IT training, IT recruitment, IT services and consulting activities throughout Asia via the acquisition of CSSL Limited;

RESULT
Powerlan reported an operating profit after tax of $9.991 million for the year ended 30 June 2000.

Operating revenue for the 12 month period was $178.216 million. This compares to a prospectus forecast for the 12 months ending 30 June 2000 of $85.7 million.

Operating profit before tax for the 12 month period was $15.824 million. This compares to a prospectus forecast for the 12 months ending 30 June 2000 of $9.9 million.

Operating profit after tax for the 12 month period attributable to members was $9.809 million. This compares to a prospectus forecast for the 12 months ending 30 June 2000 of $6.3 million.
