Pricing
The pricing is very simple. The minimum site license available is $2500.00. For those Educational Institutions who have over 2,500 students the price is $1.00 (One US Dollar) per student. Agreements must be renewed annually.

How the Academic Program works
A site license will be issued which will include one serial number for the appropriate number of users along with a pdf file for our online manual. This will be sent to whoever is named as the "Site License Administrator". The site license will include all four of our Award Winning products which are as follows: eXodus, 5PM Term, WebTerm, and WebTerm X.

Benefits of the Academic Program
Our Academic Program is a great solution for Educational Institutions who want a simple licensing solution with value and flexibility. All four products can be tracked under one Agreement helping you to manage costs and maintain control of licensed products. The "Site License Administrator" and one Technical Contact will have access to our FAQ section as well as our Technical Support at support@powerlan-usa.com. All updates and upgrades will automatically be sent to the Administrator for one year.

Licensing Conditions
The Academic Program is designed for maximum flexibility and simplicity. To take advantage of this agreement, you must simply comply with the following conditions:
1. Qualify as an Eligible Educational Institution. (A faxed Purchase Order from your Educational Institution is sufficient).
2. The site license must be ordered for the entire university. (If there are 2,500 students the cost will be $2,500 and the site license serial number will be for 2,500 users)
3. A "Site License Administrator" and Technical Contact from the Educational Institution will be needed upon receipt of the order. We will need their telephone number, fax number, email address, and physical addresses so we can send them updates and upgrades for one year. Only the two contact names will have access to Technical Support.
